Scenes Of Coming Attractions: Hartford’s Front Street Movie Theater

by Categorized: Commercial Construction, Downtown Hartford Date:

Construction on the Front Street movie theater in downtown Hartford has been up-and-running for about two months now.

A peek inside doors that were open along Columbus Boulevard today gives a progress report as Spotlight Theatres of Atlanta works to a late summer opening:

Read my post about the start of construction in early March here and a post about the selection of the theater seats here.

Do you think the theater will be ready for a late summer opening?

I don’t think it will be done by late summer. Hope it is done for a grand opening just before Halloween.

When we moved downtown a year ago the opening was promised for last winter. Went by there last week and precious little has been done other than put the signs up outside. Still dirt floors and no walls inside. Did they say what year they planned to open????
