Signature Office Building In Windsor Sells For $5.6 Million
A signature office building in Windsor visible from I-91 has sold for $5.6 million, according to brokers involved in the deal.
The 64,137-square-foot building, known as the Xerox Building, at 360 Bloomfield Ave. was acquired by Capstone Properties LLC. State records show the principals are E. Mark Siegal of West Hartford and Bradley Baran of Simsbury.
The building, sold by Mattapoisett Properties LLC, is currently 94 percent occupied, has a full parking garage and a large atrium lobby.
O,R&L Commercial brokers Jay Morris and Dale Reese were the sole brokers in the transaction
