State’s First Noodles & Co. To Open Wednesday
The first Noodles & Co. in Connecticut will open Wednesday in Bishops Corner in West Hartford.
Robert Barton, the franchise operator, has told me he plans to open five more Noodles & Co. restaurants in the next few years. He declined to identify which towns he is considering.
My colleague Leeanne Griffin described the menu this way:
The restaurant’s menu is naturally based on noodles and pasta dishes: spaghetti, stroganoff, Bangkok curry, cavatappi with pesto and whole wheat linguini, to name a few.
