The tradeport, with quick access to Interstate 91, already has transportation logistic tenants that include FedEx, UPS, Matheson Flight Extenders and A. N. Derringer. The tradeport, straddling Windsor and East Granby encompasses 600 acres with 15 buildings and more than 2.6 million square feet. Another two million square feet could be built in the future.

J.B. Hunt, one of the largest transportation companies in North America, offers full truckload container freight transportation, customized freight movement, plus labor and systems services. The company was founded in 1961 and became a publicly-traded company in 1983.
