My colleagues Julie Stagis and Dan Haar report on a developer’s plans to convert a West Hartford convent into housing:

A New York-based developer is working toward an agreement with the Sisters of St. Joseph to turn the convent at the corner of Prospect Avenue and Park Road into a massive apartment complex, officials confirmed Tuesday.
