Windsor Industrial Property Sells For $850,000
A Windsor property formerly occupied by Hurley Metal Fabrication has sold for $850,000, according to brokers involved in the deal.
MJ Lindsey Limited purchased the 17,442-square-foot building on 8.9 acres at 200 Addison Road from WFH LLC.
Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
