Do workers, lengths of drainage pipes and heavy construction equipment add up to the start of fitting out Front Street in downtown Hartford for its first tenant, a movie theater?

This week, there has been a noticeable uptick in construction activity at Front Street, as developer H.B. Nitkin Group had promised a couple weeks back.

Property Line will be watching in the coming weeks to see how construction unfolds. The operator of the theater, Spotlight Theatres Inc. of Atlanta, hasn’t responded to e-mails in recent weeks.

Nitkin said the theater will be ready this summer, but wouldn’t be more specific about exactly when it would open.

Also, no word on what theater seating was chosen from the “Pick Your Seat” promotion last summer.

  3. Unquestionably believe that that you stated. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the web the easiest thing to be mindful of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while folks think about concerns that they plainly don’t realize about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as neatly as defined out the whole thing with no need side-effects , people can take a signal. Will likely be again to get more. Thanks
