Dick Robinson Remembers Dick Clark
It was 1964 when the late, famed Dick Clark came to Hartford to celebrate the opening of radio personality Dick Robinson’s Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
Clark, an astute businessman and shrewd entrepreneur best known for his American Bandstand tv show and New Year’s Eve show, died Wednesday of a heart attack.
Later, Java will talk to Robinson and some other Connecticut personalities who credited Clark with some of their own success in the industry.
