TV News Update Including Double Terzi At FoxCT

For those who think they are occasionally seeing double when it came “Terzi” on Fox Ct, you are.
Anchor and “The Real Story” co-host, Al Terzi, is on FoxCt and now so is his son, Tony.
The younger Terzi, a sports anchor for 12 years at WTIC Fox 61 (pre- Fox Ct) explained he is doing some freelance work at his father’s place these days.
Terzi, who also does a WDRC Saturday show with his dad, admitted he has some “catching up” to do when it comes to new tv technology. He is liking the reunion with his old station friends, he reports. His schedule includes reporting for either the Fox Ct morning news or the 4 p.m. news.
In other Fox Ct news, meteorologist Rachel Frank is sparkling and it has nothing to do with the sun. She’s engaged and getting married in September.
She shares she said “yes” to Aram Bolduc while the two were visiting her grandparents in Las Vegas recently. The two met at a Crossfit gym . The groom -to-be is an East Coast sales manager for a tech company.
Lots of changes over at WTNH.
Erin Logan has been named weekend evening anchor at WTNH. She joined the station in 2011 as a general assignment reporter.
So where does that leave veteran tv personality and weekend anchor, Don Lark?
Lark will apparently be the “fill-in” anchor weekdays and weekends.
Also at the New Haven station, Nneka Nwosu is a new reporter. Most recently working in Providence, she also worked for News 10 in New York. She began her journalism career as an intern for the late Peter Jennings.
O
ver at NBC Connecticut, Darren Sweeney deserves a pat on the back or a new pair of running shoes. He reports he completed his first half marathon at Disney, raising more than $3,500 for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and Team in Training. “My mom was recently diagnosed and I wanted to jump in and see if I could help the fight,” he explained.
And speaking of NBC CT, station alum Diana Perez , has been tapped as the new co-anchor of “World News Now” and “America This Morning” working alongside Rob Nelson.
