Life After UConn

2013.05.07 - Montville, CT - Former UConn great and Connecticut Sun rookie Kelly Faris is photographed by the New London Day's Sean Elliot as she waits to do a television interview during media day at the Mohegan Sun Arena. Faris didn't practice because she was finally resting a sore left foot that she played on through the post season at UConn, helping them win their 8th national championship. "I finally reached the [the national championship], and now I am back at the bottom [trying to win a job with the Sun]," Faris said with a smile, during an interview with the Courant's John Altavilla. "But it's OK. This is a good group of players."
