A Welcome Home

Governor Dannel P. Malloy shakes the hands of  Connecticut National Guard’s 143rd Military Police Company and the 248th Engineer Company during the Freedom Salute Ceremony at the William O'Neill Armory in Hartford Tuesday. The 143rd served in Afganiatan and the 248th served in Bahrain. The 240 soldiers where formally welcomed home and honored for their service.
