Manchester Animal Control is ramping up its efforts to help get its found animals into homes. To do that, animal control officers advertise constantly through social media. They also need the support of the community through food donations and eventual adoptions. The Tyler Regional Animal Care Shelter is a tri-town kennel that East Hartford and South Windsor also use.
