Trinity Hip Hop Festival

A hip hop dance workshop was held April 4  at the Ninth Annual Trinity International Hip-Hop Festival at Trinity College in Hartford. The class was taught by Black Noise, a hip hop crew from South Africa. The festival continued Saturday. Performers included Talib Kweli, Black Noise, Haitian-Canadian emcee Vox Sambou and others. There are also lectures, workshops, films and urban art exhibitions, including a live graffiti exhibit, all free and open to the public.
