"Calfe" manager Justeen Bligh says "people love" the cow and "little kids come and moo at it the second they see it."  Six local dairies provide "Every single drop of milk," used by the eatery, says Bligh, where visitors can sample 38 ice cream flavors and 30 milk flavors.
