07.04.2015 - Willimantic, Ct. - Replicating "Washington Crossing the Delaware" by artist Emanuel Leutze, Steven Sweeney, dressed as a sword-wielding George Washington, stands in the middle of a boat pulled on a trailer during the Boom Box Parade in Willimantic. The Boom Box parade is an annual July 4th tradition for Willimantic started in 1986, after a marching band could not be found for Windham's Memorial Day Parade.
