The issue is transparency. Hartford school officials are missing this in a controversy over closed meetings about school governance.
Hold your meetings in public. Don’t shut the media out. Don’t be afraid of the public reaction. Stop looking for legal reasons to hide behind.

this behavior is outrageous, and any credibility the schools administration has is is eroding quickly.

I replied –
12 million illegal immigrants;
3 million crack heads;
42 million unemployable people on food stamps,
2 million criminals in over 243 prisons;
Half of Mexico ; and
535 fools in the U.S. House and Senate.?
Apparently this was not an acceptable answer.
