Ray Soucy, a.k.a. “CC-1″ in the unfolding FBI investigation into government-for-sale at the General Assembly, with Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate Chris Murphy earlier this year. Soucy is an alleged co-conspirator in the FBI sting that led to the arrest of House Speaker Chris Donovan’s campaign finance director.

It also makes you wonder how those sweeheart $73,000 a year retirements at age 43 are earned by AFSCME correction officers in CT. Or not.

Such a system of inbred patronage certainly buys some……perks.

Its shocking! I can’t believe that union thugs like Uncle Fester Ray Soucy would launder money for Democrats.
More newsworthy would be a Democrat who isn’t corrupted and owned by public sector unions. Now that would be refreshing.
