Return Of The Surf Hotel On Block Island

I spent Monday with a Connecticut woman who is bringing back the historic Surf Hotel on Block Island. The hotel, an island landmark, has been closed for five years. More this weekend. Listen to Kim Afonso, who is working to re-open the hotel by July4.
