Folks who walk, run or bike at the West Hartford MDC reservoirs can add dogwalkers carrying firearms to the list of things to watch out for. A man walking his dog got in a gunfight Monday morning with a bear.

    Sounds like a call for that other MDC public menace–Stratton-Faxon.

    Surely there’s a liability or class action suit in there somewhere
