Fashion’s Night Out at Tanger Outlets

Head to Tanger Outlets in Westbrook on Thursday, September 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. for Fashion’s Night Out – an annual event sponsored by Vogue and the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Participating stores will offer fashion tutorials, refreshments and special discounts.
