The Windsor Historical Society and the Oliver Ellsworth Homestead, 96 Palisado Ave., Windsor, are celebrating the 225th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution with a free party on Sunday, Sept. 16, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Family fun includes Constitution-themed games, cake and punch and screenings of “Schoolhouse Rocks!
