In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, JC Penney salons are giving away free haircuts and styles to all breast cancer survivors throughout October. The company will also donate $1 for every haircut it gives (up to $50,000) to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Call or stop by your local JCP salon to schedule a free appointment.
