There is such a thing as a free lunch. Dunkin’ Donuts and Foodshare are offering a free picnic lunch in Hartford’s Bushnell Park (near the carousel) on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to anyone who makes a donation of $1 or more to Foodshare. Be one of the first 200 guests and you’ll get a free Dunkin’ Donuts luch tote as well. Along with free food, the event includes music, games, face painting, and balloons and giveaways.
