Rihanna Coming To Hartford’s XL Center In March

Rihanna’s “We Found Love” video, which won her the Video Of The Year award last night.

Fresh off her ‘Video of the Year’ win at MTV’s Video Music Awards last night, it was announced this morning that Rihanna will be coming to Hartford this Spring.

The stop at the XL Center on March 15 is part of her ‘Diamonds World Tour.’ Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Prices are at four levels: $39.50, $65, $95, and $125.

The pop superstar, who happens to be a Stamford resident, has performed in Connecticut regularly. Recent tours have stopped off at Mohegan Sun and MGM Grand at Foxwoods. Click here to see photos from her stop at Mohegan Sun on July 22, 2011.

Last night Rihanna opened up the VMA’s with a performance of her new single ‘Cockiness’ alongside A$AP Rocky (who himself is coming to Toad’s Place on Sept. 23), which then segued into her hit “We Found Love.”
