Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band announced an expansion of their tour, which comes to an end at the Mohegan Sun Arena on May 4. The concert goes on sale Saturday, March 9 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $75 and $95.

Kenny Wayne Shepard has a tour date booked at the Ridgefield Playhouse. The blues rocker plays on July 17, with tickets costing $65. The show is on sale now at ridgefieldplayhouse.com.

Hair metal never went out of style for some people, and Steel Panther is a newer band looking to revive the vibe. They’re at The Dome at Oakdale on April 21. Peter Tork of the Monkees has a show at Infinity Hall on May 11. Tickets are $35 and $50. The Gibson Brothers are there on April 27 at $35 and $50, and Ray Wylie Hubbard performs on May 24 for $29 and $44. Those three shows are on sale Thursday, March 7.

Tommy Ramone was slated to play with Glen Matlock of the Sex Pistols at Cafe Nine on March 31. Ramone had to withdraw because of health issues, but Sylvain Sylvain of the New York Dolls is filling in. Tickets are still on sale for $15 in advance at cafenine.com.
