Upcoming Concerts: Bronze Radio Return, Deer Tick, Kenny Rogers, And More
By now Kenny Rogers must have his own executive suite at MGM Grand at Foxwoods. The classic country crooner brings his Christmas tour, along with Billy Dean, back around on Dec. 21. Tickets are on sale at foxwoods.com for $30 to $50.
Hartford’s Bronze Radio Return are back from recording a new album and have launched into a series of east coast tour dates. They’re playing a home town show at The Great Hall at Union Station on Nov. 2, along with Heirlooms, Adam Ezra Group, and Luli and the Innocents. Tickets are on sale now for $12 at ticketfly.com.
Deer Tick will be playing Pearl Street in Northampton on Monday, Oct. 22. Tickets are on sale for $16 through iheg.com.
Also coming to Pearl Street is Killer Mike, who’s billed as Brooklyn’s “resident laureate of urban apocalypse.” The rapper performs Nov. 16, tickets are now on sale for $15 at iheg.com.
Dubstep fans can get their “whu-whu-whu” on at the Audio Monster tour coming to the Toyota Oakdale Theatre on Friday, Oct. 26. The concert features Adventure Club, Liquid Stranger, Crizzly, and Bare. Tickets range from $17 to $25, and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. from Live Nation.
When Connecticut’s metal core chiefs Hatebreed return home on their “10 Years Of Perseverance” Tour, they’re bringing their label’s Stillborn Fest with them. The Dec. 26 show at Toad’s Place features at least 7 hardcore bands, with Hatebreed leading the pack. Tickets go on sale Friday at noon through toadsplace.com for $20, or $25 at the door.
Anberlin is returning to the Webster Theatre on Nov. 18. Tickets are on sale now at webstertheatre.com for $20.
Infinity Hall will have a Roomful of Blues this March. The famous gang swings through the Nutmeg state on the 8th, with tickets going on sale Thursday Sept. 27 for $30 and $45 through infinityhall.com.
Steel Magnolia will also be at Infinity Hall on Dec. 13. Those tickets also go on sale Thursday for $35 and $40, also through the Infinity website.
Beatles Tribute band The Fab Faux are coming to the Calvin Theatre next spring. Tickets to the April 6 show are on sale Friday Sept. 28 through iheg.com, ranging from $25 to $85.
Arch Street Tavern will be ringing in Halloween with rude boys The Toasters, along with Llama Tsunami. Tickets are $10 in advance through ticketfly.com, or $15 at the door.
Screaming Females are coming to The Space Nov. 7. Tickets are $10 through manicproductions.org, and on sale Friday.
