After big overseas tours and stateside opening stints with Lady Gaga and the Black Eyed Peas, singer-songwriter Jason Derulo launches his first U.S. headlining tour in October, which includes a stop at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford on Sunday, Oct. 26 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets ($35) go on sale this Friday, Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. through oakdale.com or ticketmaster.com. Becky G and Wallpaper are booked as the opening acts.

L.A.-based producer/DJ Dillon Francis also announced his first headlining tour, which is set to coincide with the release of a new album called “Money Sucks, Friends Rule.” The tour stops at the Oakdale on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. Tickets ($25) go on sale this Saturday, Aug. 16 at 10 a.m. through oakdale.com or ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.

Diana Krall brings her Wallflower Tour to the Oakdale on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets ($48-$75) go on sale starting this Friday, Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. through oakdale.com and ticketmaster.com. The Fresh Beat Band ($27-$37) heads to the Oakdale on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 5:30 p.m. Limp Bizkit ($39.99) will play the Dome at Oakdale on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 7:30 p.m. with special guests Machine Gun Kelly. Seun Kuti, the youngest son of Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti, brings the famed Egypt 80 band to Infinity Hall in Hartford on Thursday, Sept. 4 at 8 p.m.; tickets are $29-$39. Manhattan Transfer ($69-$89) jazzes up Infinity Hall Hartford on Sunday, Sept. 28 at 7:30 p.m., followed by Tex-Mex rockers Los Lonely Boys ($65-$95) on Friday, Oct. 3 at 8 p.m. and 10,000 Maniacs ($35-$50) on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m.

Herb Alpert and Lani Hall ($69-$89) play Infinity Hall Hartford on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 8 p.m., followed by folk-rocker Brett Dennen ($29-$44) on Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. Singer-songwriter John Hiatt ($85-$110) brings his solo acoustic show to the state for two nights: Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. in Norfolk and Thursday, Sept. 18 at 8 p.m. in Hartford. Shotgun Wedding ($22-$32) plays Infinity Hall Norfolk on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m., followed by Ryan Montbleau and his Band ($29-$44) on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. Blueswoman Marcia Ball ($35-$50) performs in Norfolk on Friday, Oct. 31 at 8 p.m. Visit infinityhall.com for tickets to both venues.

Infinity Hall recently announced a partnership with Torrington’s Warner Theatre to start booking shows, starting with B.B. King ($49 and up) on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 8 p.m.

Humming House ($10-$13) plays the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m., followed by Vacationer ($13-$15) on Sunday, Nov. 16 at 8:30 p.m. Jazz bassist/vocalist Esperanza Spalding ($25-$45) arrives at the Calvin Theater in Northampton on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. Michelle Chamuel ($17.50-$20) plays the Pearl Street Ballroom in Northampton on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 8 p.m. Visit iheg.com for tickets and more information.
