Upcoming Concerts: Morrissey, Toby Keith, And Daughtry

Morrissey is crossing the pond for a tour this fall with a date at the Palace Theater in Waterbury. Tickets for the Oct. 6 show start at $39.50, and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at www.palacetheaterct.org or by calling 203-346-2000.
Saddle up the pickup for Toby Keith’s return to the Comcast Theatre with Brantley Gilbert and Thomas Rhett on September 20. Tickets range from $20 to $69, with special package deals available. 311 and Slightly Stoopid play the Scion Festival Stage Aug. 6 at $33.50 a ticket. Both concerts go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through ticketmaster.com.
American Idol contestant turned rocker Daughtry will play at the Ives Concert Park in Danbury Tuesday, August 14. Tickets are $29.50 to $50 and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through premierboxoffice.com or ticketmaster.com.
The Gov’t Mule and moe. concert this Sunday, June 24 has been moved from the Scion Festival Stage at the Comcast to The Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford. Tickets will be honored, but seats will be first come, first serve. Refunds are available at point of purchase before the day of the show.
Heart makes an appearance at the MGM Grand Theatre Oct. 6. Tickets cost $35, $45, and $55, and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through foxwoods.com.
Erin McKeown performs at the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton Sunday, Oct. 7. Tickets are $17.50 and available through nbotickets.com or calling 413-586-8686.
Infinity Hall welcomes the Gin Blossoms Aug. 19, with seats costing $60 or $80. Check infinityhall.com on Thursday for tickets. Hoobastank makes a return to the Webster Theatre July 21. Tickets go on sale Friday for $10.69.

Fiona Apple’s concert slated for Mountain Park on Saturday has been moved to the Calvin Theatre in Northampton. She’s touring following this week’s release of her first album in 7 years, and also makes stops at MGM Grand on Friday and the Ives Park in Danbury next week.
Los Lonely Boys play the free Alive@Five series in downtown Stamford Friday.
With one month to go before Gathering of the Vibes, Arch Street Tavern is hosting a party and Vibes ticket giveaway this Saturday with Kung Fu and Lucid.
The special acoustic show by Anberlin on Saturday, June 23 was moved from Heirloom Arts Center in Danbury to The Space in Hamden. It is now sold out.
Fuel comes to Toad’s place Saturday, The Fabulous Thunderbirds are at Infinity Music Hall Sunday, and Jimmy Buffett stops by Mohegan Sun Tuesday June 26.

Wow! Big mistakes in the newspaper today! You do realize you have all wrong dates and last years concert schedule!!!You all of your readers a big apology. I got all excited called about 20 people to get tickets to Zac Brown Show at comcast. Well the date of Sunday Aug. 15 is wrong. When I checked even further they are not playing at all. You owe your readers a big apology!!!!!
