Infinity Hall announced the opening of its Hartford location on Front Street with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 21 and the venue’s first performer — Toad the Wet Sprocket — on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 8 p.m. Folk-rock duo Aztec Two-Step ($35-$50) follows on Saturday, Aug. 30 at 8 p.m. Purchase tickets at infinityhall.com or by calling 866-666-6306.

The Creature Carnival Tour ($25), featuring Beats Antique, Shpongle, Emancipator and Lafa Taylor, heads to the Dome at Oakdale in Wallingford on Friday, Oct. 24 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 25 at 10 a.m. through oakdale.com or ticketmaster.com.

Code Orange and Twitching Tongues ($12) hit the Webster Theater in Hartford on Thursday, Oct. 9. Courage My Love ($10-$12) plays the Webster Underground on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 6 p.m., with Traditions and Comeback Of The Year opening. Pierce the Veil and Sleeping With Sirens ($28.50-$32) co-headline a show at the Webster on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 6 p.m., with special guests Beartooth and This Wild Life.
