For pop emo punk fans of Generation Y, it’s pretty difficult to think that Yellowcard’s hit album “Ocean Avenue” is really ten years old. Well guess what? Happy anniversary.

These days an anniversary means the release of an acoustic reworking of the album, and a tour playing said reworking in its entirety. Such will be the case when Yellowcard plays at The Dome At Oakdale on Sept. 8. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $25.
