Waka Flocka Flame just played Hot Jam in Hartford in June, and will make a stop at Toad’s Place. (Nick Caito)

Like most other artists from that bill, Flocka is returning to Connecticut, this time to Toad’s Place in New Haven on Oct. 11. Tickets are on sale Friday at noon through etix.com.
