If you don’t want to wait for the semester to start, visit the Open Courseware Consortium, which has the syllabus, lecture materials and readings for 5,396 courses from Harvard University, Tufts University and 62 other institutions.  You won’t get the certificate of completion, but you will get the knowledge.
