No longer must you worry about Netflix recommendations based on others’ viewing habits.

9to5Mac is reporting that Netflix is rolling out user profiles for accounts on Apple TV. This means that Netflix can provide a better experience to multiple users under the same account.

By adding user profiles, individuals can manage a personal queue, connect social networks and benefit from better movie recommendations based on viewing habits, rather than sharing these features with family members.

Within the different accounts, parents can also enact parental controls to limit access to mature content.

The new profile feature was originally unveiled at e3, but access was limited to just a small number of beta users. Additionally, the new feature will be available to all users by the end of august.
