Top Of The World

Someone I once knew decided to scale the world’s tallest mountains. He talked about it for awhile and then didn’t follow through.

Now he can see what he missed, and from the comfort of his own couch. Google Street View has published 360 degree photos of the summits of several of the worlds tallest peaks. Google employees brought panoramic cameras up to the summits and stitched the pictures together using software developed for the Street View cars.
