   There should be no settlement, we all supported and embraced this unfortunate incident, volunteered our money to a fund for his child. The state all supported this horrific event, and this is how the choose to pursue things?

   Sad turn of events, still feel horribly about this unfortunate incident, but someone getting rich and $5 million dollars won’t bring their kid back. And if we have to get into details I believe he was involved in some way in this fight happening. Knives and guns should be left behind, go watch friday with ice cube and use your damn fists next time, so we could have been watching Jazz in the pro’s right now.

   Start the clock – I predict the under / over will be less than 12 hours before the “fans” who previously deified Jasper Howard and his family turn viscious.

   I think, as a general rule, it would serve us well as a fan base if we didn’t comment too much on this and let the legal process play out.

   Having said that, if state decides to defend against the lawsuit, they will win.
