Mailbag Jan. 17: Will Schools Be Compensated For Loss Of SDSU?

by Categorized: Mailbag Tagged: , Date:

Q: Will the Big East compensate the schools in any way for the loss of San Diego State from the schedule. This wil leave quite a few schools scrambling to find an opponent for next season. Joe, Charlestown MA

A: They will play a team from the other division not on their schedules this year. In UConn’s case it will be a home game – as UConn’s was with San Diego State. The Big East schedule is due out Friday.
