Mailbag May 7: Ryan’s Generosity

Q: Hey Des, hope your feeling better. I have a quick question and I’m not positive if it’s been something that has been brought up before and if it has then I apologize. My wife and I have season tickets and have for a few years. Once or twice a season something seems to come up so that we can’t attend a game. It’s pretty hard sometimes to sell tickets to games we can’t go to and even trying to find family or friends to take them is hard. I was wondering if you knew anyone or of a group/charity that people could give their unused tickets to. I feel like instead of seats being empty it would be nice to have those tickets go to kids or families that normally might not have the opportunity to go to a game. My family is from Michigan so we actually have ten season tickets this year so they could go to the Michigan game, we will have plenty of extra tickets that could be put to better use. Thanks for your time! Ryan, Farmington

A: Hey Ryan – thanks for asking. I’m getting there. I most certainly do. Can you send me your stats (email, phone) and we’ll patch it up: dconner@courant.com. Thanks
