UConn coach Paul Pasqualoni and Maryland’s Randy Edsall downplayed the Edsall departure angle on Tuesday, but everyone knows it’s something plenty of UConn players and fans have thought about. Because of interest in this important early season game The Courant and courant.com will hold a special chat session on Thursday. Join the discussion as Huskies beat writer Desmond Conner is joined by Jeff Barker, Terps beat writer for the Baltimore Sun. Jeff has covered Maryland football for the Sun since 2004.     Can we ever get an evening chat for the working stiffs?

    Not trying to be rude but we have games to be covered. Morning, afternoon and night. This is done with no problem.

    Need wins against NCSU.Maryland,Syracuse,and Pitt. Why would the ACC ever expand/ invite Uconn if you can’t beat their bottom feeders ? 1 down,3 to go. Big game saturday.Revenge against Edsall is not important.Showcase Uconn football and what it can bring to the ACC.
