What’s goin on?

I can confirm General McLane (Edinboro, Pa.,) 6-5, 225-pound tight end/defensive end Quinn Thompson has given UConn a verbal commitment for the 2013 season.

Thompson had an offer from Boston College, too.

It is my understanding this young man is being looked at to play both tight end and defensive end for the Huskies.

Also, General McLane sent senior cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson to the UConn program….

I can also discredit a report(s) on a receiver from California – a Shawn Boose is it? – who supposedly committed to UConn.

That did not happen.

Confirm, confirm, confirm! First not important – being right is!!!!

Well are you sure Shawn boose is not going to uconn?

Nice to see; big kid, can play Offense or Defense, good HS program.

Another kid with some good size. Forget the star ratings, this class is going to be impressive. Getting recruits out of Pa., Florida and Texas like the staff has done is huge.
