Unrelated To Bountygate Sources Confirm Mike Cerullo Has Left UConn For Another Gig

Sources are confirming this afternoon that Mike Cerullo, an alleged “whistleblower” on the New Orleans Saints; Bounty program or “Bountygate” is in the final stages of becoming the Director of Football Operations at Princeton University.

Two sources said the move is a considered a step up for Cerullo from the position he held at UConn, program aide.

Cerullo, a running back at Central Connecticut State from 1987-90, was identified by filmmaker/author Alan Donnes this week as a whistleblower on America’s Radio News Network. According to a CBSSports.com report from the interview Donnes described Cerullo as a “disgruntled after being let go by the Saints following the 2009 season.
