Bring Toys to UConn Men’s and Women’s Games This Week

UConn would like us to pass this info along, if  you are coming to the women’s game against Penn State or the men’s game against Harvard:

The UConn Student-Athlete Advisory Committee will stage their annual Holiday Toy Drive at the women’s basketball game on Thursday and the men’s basketball game versus Harvard on Friday. (Both games are at Gampel Pavilion and start at 7 p.m.) The toy drive will benefit local children in need and will be donated to the Salvation Army in Willimantic and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford.

Fans are encouraged to bring new toys to the North, South and East Entrances until halftime where they will be collected by the women’s lacrosse team Thursday and the women’s rowing team on Friday.
