With the travel ban lifted at 4 p.m. on Saturday, the UConn men’s basketball team was able to get out of Storrs and head to Newark for its game against Seton Hall Sunday at noon.
The Huskies practiced on Thursday, but could not practice on Friday or Saturday with the campus closed. They left about 7 p.m. on Saturday, so will get to Newark late. They’ll have a quick turn-around to play at noon.
