Auriemma-Hardwick Case Continued – Again
The lawsuit filed by NBA security official Kelley Hardwick against Geno Auriemma and countless other defendants has been continued until Sept. 28 by the Supreme Court of the State of New York by agreement of counsel representing both parties.
Harwick filed her lawsuit claiming employment discrimination on June 11. On August 8, the deadline for the defendants to respond was pushed back until September 14.
On Thursday, they agreed again on this further extension, according to Randy McLaughlin, the attorney for Hardwick.

Why doesn’t that woman get a life – she is only after money. I doubt very much if Geno did what she said. But if he had a few too many, what in the name of God is a kiss – it is not sexual assault. If she is blaming Geno for not being assigned to the London women’s olympics, maybe because it is that she did not do the job right during previous olympics. Lady, what some advice – find another profession like short order cook in a McDonalds or Burger King.
