Auriemma’s Lawyers Withdraw Request For Dismissal

There has been yet another twist in the on-going case between NBA security official Kelley Hardwick and her suit against USA Basketball, the NBA and UConn coach Geno Auriemma.

Attorneys have until Dec. 11 to file motions to counter Hardwick’s amended complaint. Then Hardwick’s attorneys will have until Jan. 28 to respond.

    Smart move for Auriemma and other “defendants”. It appears, from what we’ve seen so far, the “Plaintiff” would rather try this case in the media. Now the “defendants” have called her hand saying in effect–we are going to court now let us see what a judge will make of this suit.
