Big East Tickets Now On Sale

Individual session tickets for the 2013 Big East Women’s Basketball Championship Presented by American Eagle Outfitters are on sale now via all Ticketmaster outlets. The Championship will be played at the XL Center March 8-12, 2013. It’s the 10th straight season the event will be in Hartford.

All 15 conference teams are invited to compete for the conference’s automatic NCAA tournament bid.

Package tickets to all games of the championship will remain priced at $99.00 each, discounted by nearly one half of the face value. Ticket offices at all 15 BIG EAST institutions have had all-session packages on sale for several weeks.

To order tickets by phone, call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. In addition, tickets can be purchased online by logging on to the XL Center website at www.xlcenter.com or the Ticketmaster website at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets can be purchased through all Ticketmaster outlets.

Tickets can also be purchased at the XL Center Ticket Office. Weekday ticket office hours are noon-5 p.m. For weekend events, the ticket office will open four hours prior to the start of an event. All ticket purchases are subject to additional convenience fees.

For the third straight year, fans can watch both the first and second rounds of the Conference championship live on BigEast.tv, the league’s online home for live and on-demand streaming audio and video.

The second-round games on March 9 will be aired as part of the Big East Network, which is broadcast via regional sports networks in conference markets. SNY, UConn’s flagship station, will also carry all four second-round tournament games as well. The quarterfinals on March 10 will be televised on ESPNU and the BIG EAST Network and the semifinals on March 11 will be shown on ESPNU. The championship game, on March 12, will appear on ESPN or ESPN2.

    John, See you there. I will be attending again this year for ALL the games. I love the BET and don’t know what I will do next year if they don’t play in Hartford!! Looking forward to beating ND.
