Cincinnati head coach Jamelle Elliott, the former UConn player and assistant coach, reached out to me this morning to ask that I clarify something I reported in the Hartford Courant last week about one of her seniors, Dayeesha Hollins.
Plagued by knee injuries, Hollins decided to end her playing career in January. But she did not leave the program, which was how I had previously described it.
