DePaul Delayed By Storm

by Categorized: Big East women's basketball, DePaul women's basketball, UConn women's basketball, Uncategorized Date:

The DePaul women’s basketball team was forced to cancel its afternoon charter flight to Connecticut on Saturday and now is planning to fly in Sunday morning at 9 local time, which is 10 EST.

That means the Blue Demons will be coming directly to Gampel Pavilion  for their 3:30 game against UConn, which is going to make it even tougher on them.

The game, which will be televised on ESPNU, is still on and still scheduled for 3:30.

Poor DePaul, injuries, snow, delays in flying, what’s next a loss to UConn???

Anna Martin is doubtful–she’s a great kid, great scorer and hard player.
Doug Bruno–just a plain nice guy.
Good luck Blue Devils (no not Central Conn U) on your trip, we pray you have no further problems.

If Bon Jovi and the Bruins cancelled, so should this game be, if for no other reason sparing them the dangerous travel.

the roads are all closed as of Sat. 5:30. No plows anywhere in sight. How will DePaul get to Uconn, military helicopter?????????????????????

KML needs to go shovel snow to help her lose weight. She would be such a better player if she lost 50 pounds and looked like a normal woman.

You are a male chauvanist pig who should learn to keep his big mouth shut as you have no clue what you are talking about. You probably weigh over 300 lbs. yourself.

When you make comments, please show respect. There is nothing to be gained by making ill-intention comments that serve only humiliate. Please have some class.

John–When one comments to/about those like HHH it only feeds them. They are bottom feeders who revel in getting under our skin.

Comments that demean, insult, or otherwise may hurt the feelings of these honorable young Ladies should be off limits. Their hard work has earned that level of respect.
