Geno has always had little acceptance of criticism. He is very thin skinned for a guy from Philly. I guess the learn to dish it out, not accept it back.
I have however always said there is no such thing as “constructive” criticism only criticism–and all criticism is negative. I have extremely thin skin. I know it so I don’t dish insults–not wanting any in return.
Old Italian adage— SHOW ME A GOOD LOSER AND I’LL SHOW YOU A LOSER. There is truth in that.
SO GENO—Why put yourself in the position to take a beating on the Last (and maybe 3 this year) ND games??
You’ll learn nothing. They fan’s will learn nothing–your real fans will love you and your team. Haters can never be changed.

IS why Geno thinks he must use sarcasm. Why not just state your case?? sarcasm is used to try to demean your audience, it says so much more about the person using it.

Geno, bad year for our guards,Doty, trying her best but unable to stay with Sims or the Diva, Bria, ankle injury plus accuracy & TO problems, BB down with ACL, Mo, forced into matchups she’s not ready for, again, Sims, Diva. Last and most important is Kelly trying to do too much to compensate. Except for Kiah who is still a BB God or headcase, you’ve got great bigs in Steff, Stewie & Morgan plus the greatest pure shooter in KML. If Kelly can just run the team and utilize their abilities with a minimum of turnovers we can still win it all. What worked in the past will not work now. Geno, you’re a BB genius, find a new way!

It is like that in the corporate world and politics and I would bet my life that if you looked in the mirror with your eyes open you would see a few double standards of your own and all his former great players would beg to differ with you on your opinion since there is not a better motivator in the country. Funny how fans like you say he only wins because he has the best players and when they lose that he can’t coach!
5 Kelly Faris would score no more than 40 points against Notre Dame and thus UConn would lose. So Geno what’s your point about her? Faris is a hustler with bad passing skills, bad shooting skills, and terrible decision making. Doty has been even worse. Yet instead of developing the healthier younger players, you played Doty out of pity. The fact you benched Doty against Notre Dame this past Tuesday might mean the 10W light bulb went on in your head.
A light bulb could NOT have gone off in Geno’s head because there are no connections to it. Unless it was a solar bulb, then you might be right since there is nothing to block the sun from entering. Good point after all. Keep up the good work and may God bless America.

Tina-Maya-and the rest are (as far as Uconn players) are dead and gone. Uconn now has Dolson, KML, Faris, Hartley, Stewie, Tuck, Stokes, Mo Jeff, Doty, Buck.
If these kids don’t play to your liking–like someone else.
Geno gets to play those from HIS team–not from teams past or future.

The only thing that sucks is your knowledge of basketball and it’s talent. If your knowledge was 1/10th what you thought it was, you would be coaching at a major university or hired as a analyst for ESPN!
