The entire suit fails first since the underlying allegation of the assault occurred as I recall in Russia and the last time I checked that was not one of the five bouroughs of NYC. Secondly as has been noted before Auriemma at no time to anyone’s knowledge employed Hardwick nor had the ability to fire, promote, discipline, or give a raise to. A bogus money grab if ever seems to be the only answer.
Bill–The age of “frivolous” suits being thrown out by “decent” attorneys and judges are long gone. This gets their names on the records of being involved with the widely know name of GENO AURIEMMA. It matters not all that you have asserted–drag it on make life miserable for Geno but they don’t know this just bounces off Geno. She and they probably believe the longer it goes gives it merit–wrong.
