We’re looking for Connecticut people who are planning on attending the Olympic Games to be a part of our CT Olympic Fans Diary. Maybe you’re totally focused on Geno Auriemma and the UConn-laden women’s basketball team. Or maybe you’ll be parked at the track venue rooting on the likes of Donn Cabral or Duandre Barnaby. Rowing? We’ve got our fair share of state connections there, too. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are, we’d like to hear from you.
All you have to do is send us one or more emails each day. Short and sweet … just a few sentences that can easily be sent via a mobile device. Tell us what you’ve seen or will see … on and off the playing fields. We’ll collect your dispatches and put them in a diary that will grow each day throughout the Games.
The Olympics are still more than a week away, but we’re trying to line folks up as soon as possible. If you’re interested, send us an email to sports@courant.com with the details of your trip and we’ll sign you up.
